Free shipping on orders $35 and up

Every order ships from our small studio in New Jersey, USA. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing sits in a warehouse overseas — we make it, we pack it, we ship it.

Processing time

Orders are made and packed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves us.

Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time. Most US orders arrive within 4–7 business days of ordering.

International shipping

We ship worldwide through USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your address. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs.

Please note: any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, email us and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong address?

Double-check your address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it before it ships. Once a package is in transit we can't reroute it.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no return needed. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
